TEAC TN-3B-SE The TN-3B-SE is a stylish, slimline turntable with belt drive, built-in MM-type PHONO EQ amplifier. It uses a new fulcrum tonearm developed in collaboration with high-end tonearm manufacturer SAEC for maximum stability and resolution. The belt drive helps to reduce unwanted cogging effects (e.g. fine pulsation) from the operation of the motor to ensure precise and smooth record rotation. The TN-3B also uses a high-precision NJM8080 operational amplifier in its built-in phono EQ amplifier, allowing users to enjoy the sound of their vinyl records with low distortion and high quality. The TN-3B offers natural and balanced sound quality and is quick and easy to set up. We believe it sets a new standard that meets the needs of both audiophiles and passionate record collectors. SEAC tonearm In collaboration with SAEC Corporation, a world-renowned high-end tonearm manufacturer, the TN-3B-SE's tonearm features a knife-edge pivot. Unlike conventional bearings, subtle movements with this tonearm actually help to produce a more dynamic sound with excellent resolution. The S-shaped tonearm also uses a universal headshell mount that allows the user to quickly and easily change cartridges (from 14 - 23g / 0.5 - 0.8 oz.) / headshells. Precise anti-skating and stylus pressure adjustment. The statically balanced, S-shaped tonearm is equipped with a counterweight for precise stylus pressure adjustment and an anti-skating mechanism for accurate stylus pressure adjustment, allowing precise vinyl record playback. Pre-installed VM Series cartridge An Audio-technica AT-VM95E cartridge with an elliptical stylus tip conveniently comes pre-installed on the headshell. After opening the box, simply set up the turntable and mount the headshell on the tonearm to enjoy your records. Integrated MM phono EQ amplifier The TN-3B-SE has an MM phono EQ amplifier that allows you to connect the turntable to a conventional amplifier/Hi-Fi system that lacks a PHONO input. Insulating feet with excellent shock absorption The insulating feet consist of a machined aluminium shell covered with a rubber pad attached to the high-density MDF base. Thanks to their excellent damping properties, the TN-3B-SE is highly resistant to acoustic feedback.
