- The butterfly cycle is between 3-5 weeks depending on the time of year. Cups are normally dispatched within a week
- We endeavour to dispatch your order on the nearest Tuesday or Friday to the order being made. Please prepare that on occasion your order may arrive sooner than expected
- Tracking is provided the evening of dispatch. A delivery signature is not required, a proof of delivery photo will be taken which will help you locate the parcel if it has been left in a safe place
- The caterpillars are normally dormant upon arrival, with some silk webbing present. Please leave them somewhere quiet for 48hrs and they should then start to move around

PLEASE NOTE: This product is a REFILL and includes a clear cup with caterpillars and food ONLY. Be sure to provide a habitat in which your butterflies will emerge, you can buy a full kit on our Amazon shop if you do also require a habitat.
Cups are sent out on the nearest Tuesdays or Friday to your order being made (stock dependant). Please contact us or order directly on our website if you require a specific send out date.
The is a LIVE cup and the parcel should be opened upon receipt.
