About the Author
Andreas Markantonatos, Ph.D. (2001), University of Oxford, is Professor of Greek in the Department of Philology at the University of the Peloponnese. He has published widely on Greek drama including Euripides Alcestis: Narrative, Myth, and Religion (Walter de Gruyter, 2013). He is the editor of Brills Companion to Sophocles (Brill, 2012).
